Leadership Health Fellows

Driving statewide change through collaborative health leadership.

Two professionals talking in a meeting room.

Opening and Closing Retreats are mandatory.

Participants are allowed to miss one of the remaining four sessions and graduate from the program.

By the end of the program, graduates will join a network of engaged leaders committed to improving health outcomes, strengthening the health workforce pipeline, supporting evidence-based policies, and advancing healthier communities across Louisiana. This initiative extends the Leadership Louisiana mission into the health sector—cultivating informed, connected, and empowered leaders ready to drive change.
