Missy Bienvenu Andrade is a Lafayette, Louisiana native and prominent nonprofit leader serving as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Community Foundation of Acadiana (CFA), a major regional philanthropic organization that connects donors with causes across Acadiana’s eight-parish area.
Before leading CFA — a foundation focused on building community legacies through strategic grantmaking, fundraising, and donor engagement — she had a substantial career in youth development and community leadership. Andrade previously served as Chief Impact Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs in Louisiana, where she helped expand statewide programming, and as CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana, overseeing operations that served thousands of youth across multiple parishes.
Her background also includes roles in investor relations and development with One Acadiana, as well as earlier experience in corporate sales and training. She’s an alumna of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a graduate of Leadership Lafayette, and a recipient of Acadiana’s Top 20 Under 40 recognition.
At CFA, Andrade guides strategic philanthropic initiatives, supports local nonprofits with grants and programs, and works to strengthen the region’s civic and community impact.
