Mike Williams is a nationally recognized expert in Employee Benefits, specializing in Education, Healthcare, Sports Franchises and Construction industries. In his role as Senior Vice President for HUB International, he works with a dynamic team of experts in consulting companies with headquarters and employee presence across the United States.
Mike has presented innovative solutions for population health management at national and international symposiums and has advisory positions with several innovative benefits providers.
Mike is passionate about improving access to aZordable health care in Louisiana and is the founder and Plan Administrator for the first Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement in Louisiana in 30 years. Mike is an alumnus of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (2023), Leadership Louisiana (2018), and The University of New Orleans (1994).
Mike is the proud father of 2, and his other passions include his Toy Poodle Reese, astrophotography, cooking, desert camping, as well as looking after his small car collection.
Mike resides in the South Market neighborhood in Downtown New Orleans, just steps away from some of the best food and music in the world, where he enjoys entertaining friends and family.
