  • Strengthen the focus within postsecondary education to meet the workforce and knowledge needs of a more diversified, modern and changing economy.
  • Assist graduates with job placement in Louisiana, using internships as a tool to better connect students to local employers.
  • Increase state and local focus on reaching existing businesses with customized workforce solutions from across the resources of government, education, and the private sector .
