Camille is the President & CEO for the Center for Planning Excellence (CPEX) and  is internationally recognized for her expertise in climate adaptation, people-first  infrastructure, and resident-led community planning. Her organization has  contributed to the transformation of cities, towns and parishes throughout Louisiana,  and her expertise is sought out by peers across the globe.  

Camille leads CPEX’s multidisciplinary team to provide data-driven, community informed assistance to those seeking to make thoughtful decisions about future  development. Under her leadership, CPEX has leveraged significant federal, state,  and local resources and produced comprehensive plans, model land-use tools, and  implementation strategies for more than 50 Louisiana communities, advancing  CPEX’s mission: to bring people and planning together to make great places. Camille has presented on Louisiana’s innovations and lessons learned around land loss, coastal community sustainability, climate change resilience and adaptation to  professional peers throughout the U.S. and the globe. Camille graduated from LSU  with a Master of Science from the School of the Coast and Environment.
